The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 30 "An Act                                                                     
providing for the release of certain property in the custody of a law                                                           
enforcement agency to the owner under certain conditions" and                                                                   
recommended the adoption of the 2d Judiciary Committee Substitute                                                               
offered on page 747. Signing do pass: Senators Hoffman, Stedman,
